All storage units are in a secure protected fenced off area with security video cameras and locked entrance gate. Every units has it’s own entrance to the yard. Each has their own personalkey for 24 hour a day use.

Outside wall materials are of laminated sheets as are the roofs. The structural beams are wooden. Inside walls are gypsumboard and the floor is concrete.

Electricity is included in the rent.

All our units are for storage purpose only. The manufactoring or repair of any type of product is prohibited.

Our storage units do not have water drainage or windows, but each storage unit has it’s own lift up door.

2 – 4m²	– for example, additional warehouse
6 – 8m²	– Studio units, if not a lot of furnitures
9m² – 11m²	– Studio units, even small apartment units
16m² – 20m²	– Triangle – residental units
